Exchange and Return Policy
We are keen to provide better customer service. You can simply replace or return the product. All you need is to write to the customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp 966504349134 by sending a message containing:
- Order number and date
- A picture of the products you wish to exchange
- Reason for replacing it within a maximum of three days from the date you received the product.
Product return terms
The product to be exchanged or returned must be unused and in its original condition.
If you receive a product other than the one you ordered, you are entitled to exchange or return.
If there is no fault or defect in the product, but you no longer want it for some reason, you are entitled to exchange it only.
Who bears the costs of replacement and return?

The refund process takes a maximum of 7 working days from the date the product arrives at the store.
When will the product reach you if a replacement is requested?
Within 5 working days from the date the store received the product.
